Rattle in gear at idle

I've got a 2008 EX AWD, and I've got about 47000 on it. I've always noticed a bit of a rattle in the engine, but it seems to get worse when cold. It will be nonexistent at initial start, and as the engine goes into low idle from cold idle, it begins to be more noticeable. Here are a couple videos of the sound it makes.
You can hear lots of nice injector tick in the second vid lol, but the deeper rattle is concerning.
Also I found this under the cam cover...

Number 1 exhaust cam lobe is ever so slightly pitted.
If this pitting is causing the rattle, it's unheard of by me in an engine under 100k. I plan on taking it to Boyland Honda for a valve adjustment (Already talked to the service mgr there and shown him the pics) just so a tech can asses the cam damage. But does this sound like what may be causing the rattle I am hearing? I was thinking either that, the CCT, or piston slap. Vehicle has all service records, maintained by me the last two OCI's with 5w20 full synthetic.

It does sound like you need a valve adjustment. If there is pitting on the lobe crown you probably need to replace that cam and it will cause a sound like that.
