where to mount hid ballast?

Can someone please tell me how and where is the ideal place to mount the ballasts? Thanks so much!

I mounted mines with 2 side tape on the fender area. On top of the chassis under the top portion of the fender. The emtpy space there. Check my cardomain, I might have a pic.
